Terms Of Service
These Terms of Service are part of Lux mobile car wash ’s terms and are additional terms by which all users or guests abide by when using the Service. Terms are subject to change per Lux mobile car wash discretion. Changes will be reflected on the Lux mobile car wash website and have the right to refuse service.
When you book online or via phone with Lux Mobile Car Wash, you should read and agree to the terms and conditions of the booking prior to making an appointment. Once an appointment has been made, you are bound under the terms and conditions herein.
Payment Terms
Payments are to be made once users or guests book Lux mobile car wash services online.
Services will only be performed once payment is received. Services will not be performed if the credit card is declined. Cash payments are accepted.
Late Cancellation & Reschedule
You may reschedule or cancel an appointment 24 hours in advance for free. However, there is a $20 fee 2-24 hours before the job starts; inside of 2 hours, the full booking amount is charged.
If the customer does not show up at the agreed upon time and place within 30 minutes, the full booking amount will be charged. If the customer shows up late in the appointed time and place, only partial service may be rendered, while the full amount is charged. This will be based on the time and schedule of our Lux mobile car wash washer.
Any cancellation or reschedule that is done within 15 minutes of purchase will be free of charge.
Satisfaction policy
Lux mobile car wash puts customer satisfaction as its top priority. If you are not satisfied with the job, please get in touch with us within 48 hours after the job is completed, and we’ll right our mistake at no additional cost.
Rain Checks
Lux mobile car wash will not perform any car washes on rainy days. When guests or users have scheduled a car wash on a forecasted rainy day, Lux mobile car wash will reach out to guests or users to reschedule.
Appointment time
Due to traffic or exceptional circumstances, your Lux mobile car wash car washer may run behind. Guests or users may Cancel/Reschedule an appointment only when your car washer is more than 20 minutes late.
Otherwise, if your Lux mobile car wash washer is less than 20 minutes late, cancellations and reschedules will be treated as “Late Reschedule & Cancellation”. This can be found at the “Late Reschedule & Cancellation” section.
A Lux mobile car wash washer will communicate with guests or users to the best of their abilities if they are running behind on schedule.
Wash packages
Lux mobile car wash different washes packages and are subject to change based on Lux mobile car wash discretion. These packages as specified in our Services page and all such changes will be reflected on our website,
Unfortunately, Lux mobile car wash currently does not have the ability to wash vehicles that have just gone off-road.
Promotional codes
Guests, users or members may use a valid promotional code towards the payment of their booking upon checkout. Only one (1) promotional code may be used for each transaction.
Promotional codes are given out at Lux mobile car wash discretion, to groups of users or individual users via various means of communication, including but not limited to, newsletters and social media.
Terms
All vehicles are cleaned at the customer’s own risk and must be able to withstand normal cleaning processes. Any damage claims as a result of cleaning will be limited to the cost of the service.
Customers should remove all personal belongings, money and other significant items from their vehicle prior to any type of detailing
Lux Mobile Car Wash will not accept any liability for any loss or damage to any personal property including the vehicle being serviced, any belongings contained inside of the vehicle or to the location of service. Assure that your vehicle is being serviced in a lawful and safe area and if you feel otherwise please communicate your concerns with the technician.
Lux Mobile Car Wash reserve the right to charge an hourly rate of $75 (or proportion thereof) for any work that is not within the boundaries of the booking
Service Guarantee
If there is probable and clear cause that the service technician did not fulfill the package as ordered or there is clear evidence of poor craftsmanship, we will at our cost redo the uncompleted or unsatisfactory portion of the service free of charge.
Any claims must be filed within 48 hours of the completion of the service by phone, email (info@luxwash.us), or submitting a review online. Pictures of the area must be emailed to info@luxwash.us within 24 hours of the claim being made.
Pre-Existing Damages
It is difficult to find pre-existing damages during the initial vehicle inspection, some vehicles, tend to have interior components that are broken, scratched, worn out, faded, don’t work or become loose and cracked without the owner’s knowledge, therefore should Lux Mobile Car Wash representative find any items that are not working properly, worn, scratched, cracked, faded, or broken we will bring it to your attention, therefore you agree not to hold Lux Mobile Car Wash responsible for any pre-existing damages to your car.
Dirt can hide swirl marks, scratches, dings, paint chips, fine lines, and marks, should Lux Mobile Car Wash representative find any exterior imperfections, we will make you aware, however, Lux Mobile Car Wash will not be responsible for correcting these pre-existing paint imperfections if your service does not include it. Lux Mobile Car Wash will not be held responsible should we find pre-existing paint imperfection during our normal course of detailing that you were not aware of.
